AI Tools & Acceptable Use Agreement

1. Purpose of the AI Tools

STG Food Trucks may provide AI-assisted features to help organizers, food truck owners, and other account holders work with information on the platform. These features may include flyer analysis, extraction of event details, suggested or generated content, automated categorization, and AI-assisted booking or administrative tools. This Agreement also applies to future AI features that STG Food Trucks adds to the platform.

AI tools are intended to assist your work, not to replace your judgment, your legal or contractual responsibilities, or appropriate review by a qualified person.

2. User Responsibility for AI-Generated Information

AI-generated or AI-extracted information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or incorrect. You are responsible for checking the output before saving it, publishing it, sending it to another person, or relying on it in connection with an event, business, booking, or other decision.

Your review should include, where applicable, event dates and times, addresses, venue names, geographic locations, contact information, booking information, attendance estimates, and permit or compliance information. You remain responsible for correcting errors and for the information submitted through your account.

3. Authorized Use

You may use the AI tools only through the features and permissions made available to your account, for legitimate platform-related purposes, and in compliance with applicable law and the other agreements that govern your use of STG Food Trucks.

You must not use STG Food Trucks AI tools to:

• attack, probe, scan, disrupt, or interfere with STG Food Trucks systems;
• discover or exploit vulnerabilities without authorization;
• bypass authentication, authorization, access controls, or account restrictions;
• access another person's account, private event, business information, or other data;
• conduct prompt-injection attacks intended to manipulate internal systems, workflows, or protected instructions;
• obtain system prompts, credentials, API keys, tokens, protected configuration, or other non-public technical information;
• introduce malicious code, malware, harmful instructions, or other payloads;
• scrape or bulk-extract data that you are not authorized to access;
• circumvent usage restrictions, quotas, or rate limits;
• fraudulently manipulate bookings, reviews, availability, or business or event information;
• attack, probe, or interfere with third-party services through the platform; or
• evade a suspension, termination, or other account restriction.

You must not use AI output to impersonate another person, submit unlawful or infringing content, mislead users, or create a false impression that content was verified by STG Food Trucks.

4. Cybersecurity Requirements

Keep your account credentials and devices secure. Do not share account access or use someone else's credentials. You must promptly notify STG Food Trucks if you believe your account or an authorized integration has been compromised. You may not test, reverse engineer, or assess the security of AI tools or connected services unless STG Food Trucks has expressly authorized that activity in writing.

5. Uploaded Content and AI Processing

When you submit a flyer, image, text, or other content to an AI feature, STG Food Trucks may process that content as needed to provide the feature, including normalizing an image, extracting information, or generating a suggestion. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and authorize this processing.

AI processing does not transfer ownership of your content to STG Food Trucks. Content may be stored, formatted, or displayed according to the applicable STG Food Trucks agreements and your selected visibility settings. You should not upload content that you are not authorized to share or process.

6. Sensitive and Confidential Information

Do not submit passwords, API keys, access tokens, payment credentials, private security information, protected configuration, or another person's sensitive personal information to an AI tool. Do not submit confidential business information unless you are authorized to do so and have determined that the feature is appropriate for that information.

You remain responsible for complying with privacy, confidentiality, employment, contractual, and other obligations that apply to information you submit.

7. Automated Location and Data Extraction

AI-extracted venue or address information may be passed to third-party mapping or location providers to normalize or verify the location and to obtain geographic coordinates. Automated matching may identify the wrong venue, address, or coordinates. You must review the final location and correct it before saving, publishing, or using it for an event or booking.

Extracted dates, times, names, descriptions, contact details, and other fields may also require correction. A successful automated lookup does not mean that the result has been independently verified by STG Food Trucks.

8. No Guarantee of Availability

AI features may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, changed, limited, or discontinued. Results may vary based on the submitted content, service capacity, configuration, and third-party availability. STG Food Trucks does not guarantee that an AI feature will be available at a particular time or produce a particular result.

9. Data Loss and Draft Information

Draft events, uploaded flyers, temporary uploads, AI extraction results, generated content, autosaved form data, bookings, and event information may be lost, deleted, corrupted, or become unavailable. Autosave and temporary storage features are conveniences, not guaranteed backup systems. You are responsible for keeping independent copies of important information and records.

This section does not limit rights or protections that cannot legally be limited or waived. Any available recovery or support is subject to the applicable STG Food Trucks agreements and technical circumstances.

10. No Professional Advice

AI output is not legal, tax, financial, medical, safety, cybersecurity, permitting, compliance, or other professional advice. Do not rely on AI output as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or for required review by an authority, venue, property owner, insurer, or contracting party.

11. Human Review

You must use human judgment before acting on AI output. In particular, review event dates, event times, addresses, venue names, geographic locations, contact information, booking information, and permit or compliance information before you save, publish, communicate, or rely on those details.

STG Food Trucks may provide controls that let you edit or reject extracted or generated information. Using those controls does not transfer your responsibility for the final information to STG Food Trucks.

12. Abuse, Suspension, and Termination

STG Food Trucks may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict or remove content or AI access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, third parties, or legal and security interests. Serious or repeated misuse may result in restriction of AI features, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

Where appropriate and permitted by law, STG Food Trucks may preserve relevant records, cooperate with lawful requests, and pursue available legal remedies. Enforcement decisions may consider the nature, severity, intent, scope, repetition, and impact of the conduct.

13. Attempts to Circumvent Enforcement

An attempt to commit prohibited conduct, including an attempt to bypass access controls, evade rate limits, obtain protected information, evade a suspension, or manipulate internal AI behavior, may be treated the same as successful misuse. A failed attempt is not permission to continue testing or repeating the conduct.

14. Third-Party AI and Technology Providers

STG Food Trucks may use third-party providers for AI processing, image processing, mapping or geocoding, hosting, storage, analytics, email, and related infrastructure. Depending on the feature, submitted content or related information may be processed by those providers to deliver the requested service.

Third-party services operate under their own systems, terms, and policies. Their availability and output may be outside STG Food Trucks' control. The STG Food Trucks Privacy Policy provides additional information about platform data practices.

15. Changes to AI Features

STG Food Trucks may add, remove, modify, limit, or discontinue an AI feature, including its inputs, outputs, provider, model, retention, or availability. A feature may produce different results over time. You are responsible for reviewing the current feature behavior before relying on it.

16. Changes to This Agreement

STG Food Trucks may update this Agreement when the AI tools, platform practices, legal requirements, or security needs change. The updated version will be posted with a new version or updated date. Where required, STG Food Trucks will provide additional notice or request affirmative acceptance. Continued use after an updated Agreement becomes effective means you accept the updated Agreement to the extent permitted by law.

17. Relationship to Other STGFoodTrucks Agreements

This Agreement supplements the agreements and policies that otherwise govern your use of STG Food Trucks, including applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If another agreement imposes a stricter requirement on a particular activity, the stricter requirement applies to that activity. Nothing in this Agreement removes rights or protections that apply under another agreement or applicable law.

18. User Acknowledgment

By using an STG Food Trucks AI feature, you acknowledge that AI output may be wrong, that you are responsible for reviewing the result, and that you will not use the feature to attack systems, access unauthorized data, bypass controls, introduce malicious content, or otherwise misuse the platform. You agree to this AI Tools & Acceptable Use Agreement as identified by version 2026-09-12 .
