STG Events is the event-organizer application in the STGFoodTrucks ecosystem. It helps you organize gathering details, create event drafts, submit food truck booking requests, and save preferred trucks. The public STGFoodTrucks site is where you browse the truck directory.
Can I request food trucks without an account?
Yes. Use the booking request form below and choose to continue without creating an account. An organizer account gives you a workspace for events, request history, and saved trucks.
Does submitting a request confirm a booking?
No. A request starts the conversation. Confirm availability, menu, pricing, service arrangements, and any agreement with the food truck before treating your event as booked.
Do I need a flyer to create an event?
No. Signed-in organizers can enter event information manually. If you have a flyer image, optional AI assistance can suggest fields to save typing. Review the suggestions because an image may omit details or be read incorrectly.
Which area is this designed for?
STG Events focuses on organizers planning gatherings in St. George and Southern Utah. Individual food trucks set their own travel area and availability; include your exact venue in the request.
Is the organizer account free?
Creating an organizer account is free. Food truck service, catering prices, and any minimum spend are separate arrangements to discuss with the truck owner.
